Role Purpose:

Managing front desk and overseeing studio’s day to day operations.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage the monthly front desk schedule.
Support and assist reception staff in daily operations and client service.
Ensure proper shift handovers and smooth communication within the front desk team.
Assist staff in using Mindbody software for bookings, scheduling, and client management.
Provide ongoing support to ensure front of House operations run efficiently.
Oversee the uploading & accuracy of schedules for group classes and BASI Teacher Training courses when required.
Monitor studio inventory and supplies.
Coordinate orders with vendors when necessary. Ensure the studio remains well-stocked and operational.
Assist in maintaining studio records and documentation.
Assist with responding to inquiries on social media platforms.
Respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, Mindbody, and ClassPass.
Support basic website maintenance and updates when needed.


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Experience:
•⁠Prior experience or similar role is essential, 2+ years.
•Experience in a customer-facing role is highly necessary.
•Experience in a specific industry (e.g., hospitality, fitness) might be preferred.

Communication:
Proven ability to coordinate, with experience in delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members and management.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive communication within the team.

Administrative and Technical Skills:
Advanced English Language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Familiarity with scheduling software and other relevant tools. Knowledge in Mindbody System is an advantage
