Role Purpose:

The purpose of an admin coordinator is to manage daily office operations and facilitate smooth communication between departments. Will act as the central point of contact for employees, external stake holders, ensuring workflows run seamlessly while supporting team productivity.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain office supplies inventory, and coordinate facility maintenance.

Scheduling & Travel: Manage executive calendars, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate travel itineraries.

Communication: Serve as the central liaison across departments,  phone calls, email inquiries efficiently. Assist with event planning and coordination.

Document & Data Management: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, handle confidential records, and update databases.

Reporting & Finance: Assist in preparing reports, process expense claims/ invoices.


Any other task as assigned by the Management


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an office administration, coordination, or similar support role.
Excellent customer service and vendor relationship skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with office management software and tools
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
