Role Purpose:

Palm Labourers support the care and maintenance of palm trees in the UAE, including pruning, cleaning, fertilizing, and harvesting. The role ensures healthy tree growth and contributes to efficient farm or landscaping operations

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Prune, clean, and fertilize palm trees

Assist with pollination and harvesting

Operate basic tools and equipment safely

Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area

Follow daily instructions and safety guidelines

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Basic experience in farm or outdoor labour

Knowledge of palm tree care is an advantage

Ability to use simple tools safely

Ability to follow instructions and work outdoors
