Role Purpose:

 We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for frontline and high-volume hiring needs. The role involves sourcing candidates through field-based methods, conducting walk-in interviews, coordinating hiring events, and building strong candidate pipelines to meet business workforce demands.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct field recruitment activities      such as job fairs, campus visits, walk-in drives, and community outreach
  • Source candidates throughlocal      networks, referrals, job portals, and social media
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist      candidates for open roles
  • Manage bulk hiringrequirements      efficiently within timelines
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates      and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases      and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a positive candidate      experiencethroughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to      understand workforce requirements
  • Handle onboarding coordination      and document collection
  • Track recruitment KPIs and provide      regular hiring updates
  • Promote employer brand in local      communities and hiring markets

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

 


  • Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources,      Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 yearsof experience in recruitment, preferably      field or high-volume hiring
  • Experience inbulk hiring /      blue-collar / frontline roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and      sourcing techniques
  • Willingness to travel frequently for      field activities
  • Experience in industries such asRetail,      FMCG, Logistics, Healthcare, or Hospitality
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking      Systems)
  • Strong local market knowledge and      candidate networks
