Role Purpose:

The job holder will be primarily responsible for coordinating & assisting Tradesman/workers for carrying out periodic site/maintenance work progress in all day-to-day activities, ensuring all technical works in accordance with specification and the project management manual. First line manager of staff from all disciplines employed on contracts.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily PPM, reactive maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities for MEP systems, ensuring timely completion and CAFM updates.
• • Generate maintenance reports, monitor work progress, evaluate team performance, and conduct audits of MEP tools and equipment.
• • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records in the CAFM system.
• • Ensure all MEP works are carried out in compliance with QHSE standards, safe work practices, and company procedures.
• • Supervise teams, provide guidance on safety requirements, and participate in emergency and evacuation procedures.
• • Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems, ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues, and maintain high-quality service standards.
• • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities and additional works meet operational requirements and customer expectations.
• • Identify, report, and rectify deficiencies related to maintenance, testing, and commissioning, ensuring all works are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Mechanical /Electrical Engineering Diploma/ITI with 8 years’ Experience in the FM field.
• IOSH Supervising Safely or Equivalent
• At least 4 year’s experience in a Supervisory role.
• Good Knowledge of all elements of FM services both Hard and Soft.
• Fluency in English and additional Languages is a plus.
• Computer knowledge is a must
