Role Purpose:

The supervisor - Soft Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day delivery of soft services, including cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and waste management, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction in line with client expectations and organizational policies. The Supervisor Directly Supervises Site Team leader and Operative and Soft FM scope to deliver high standard services within TFM following BICSc Best practices.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Soft FM operations comply with BICSc standards, with proper training, documented work methods, and quality systems in place. Deliver induction, refresher, and on-the-job training plans, including coordination with training academies for certification compliance.
  • Supervise daily cleaning operations, subcontractor performance, and service delivery, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and best practices.
  • Manage Soft FM resources, including manpower, supplies, equipment, and inventory planning, while optimizing costs and maintaining budget efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier performance, consolidate reports, and ensure consistent use of approved documentation and standardized processes.
  • Promote sustainability and ensure efficient use of consumables, PPE, and waste handling practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards, including closure of non-conformances and audit actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, update auditable checklists, and ensure all operational documentation is controlled and approved.
  • Lead staff grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards, ensuring employees represent the company professionally as brand ambassadors.
  • Support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of site issues and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct joint inspections and ensure all services meet required quality standards while complying with company policies and procedures.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • High School diploma. Additional FM or equivalent experience qualification in Facilities Management      beneficial.
  • Able to read and write and with good command of English.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a property/ facilities management company.
  • PBICSc or LBICSc holder is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license (number 3 and 5) is preferable.
  • Preferably with previous proven record of versatility and hands on experience in Soft FM Portfolios and ground; strong communication and interpersonal skills as the job will involve in training with different nationalities.
