Role Purpose:

 The Soft Services Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating housekeeping and soft service operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and customer satisfaction across the facility. The role involves team management, quality inspections, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with company standards and HSE requirements.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping and soft services operations.
• Allocate duties and monitor performance of housekeeping staff and attendants.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate shift schedules, attendance, and manpower deployment.
• Handle client requests, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
• Maintain records related to attendance, inspection reports, and inventory.
• Train and guide team members on SOPs, safety, grooming, and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and infection control procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth facility operations.
• Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions when required.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or soft services operations.
• Prior supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, machinery, and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle client interactions and resolve operational issues.
• Familiarity with HSE procedures and quality standards.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
