Role Purpose:

STP Operator is responsible for the smooth operation of the Sewage Treatment Plant. The role ensures proper treatment of wastewater by monitoring equipment, checking water quality, performing routine maintenance, and reporting any issues, while following all safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe plant environment.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

An STP operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the Sewage Treatment Plant. They run pumps and equipment, check water quality, perform basic maintenance, report any issues to the supervisor, and follow safety rules to keep the plant running smoothly

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic   experience in operating a Sewage Treatment Plant or similar facility.
• Knowledge of STP equipment, pumps, and water treatment processes.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Awareness of safety rules and good work practices.
• Good observation and reporting skills.
