Role Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supervising the operation of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort. The role involves overseeing junior technicians, monitoring system functions such as temperature and air quality, and developing schedules to maximize efficiency and reliability. The purpose of this position is to ensure HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for all building occupants.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels.

Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

Replace faulty electrical components such as light fixtures, circuit breakers, and capacitors.

Perform online troubleshooting for motors and electrical circuits, identifying and replacing faulty parts.

Coordinate with other tradespeople, including plumbers and HVAC technicians, to ensure proper installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work on electrical systems, including MDB, SMDB, DB, and capacitor banks.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance experience in the GCC or 5 years in the FM industry or general maintenance.

ITI certification is preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults effectively.

Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
