Role Purpose:

A security guard ensures the safety of residents and property by conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, controlling access at gates, and enforcing safety regulations. They are responsible for vetting visitors, conducting vehicle inspections, responding to alarms, and documenting daily activity logs.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Access Control: Vetting visitors, verifying guest identities, managing entry/exit logs, and securing all perimeter gates.
• Patrolling & Surveillance: Conducting regular foot patrols around the villa, checking doors and windows, and monitoring CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Safety & Emergency Response: Responding to alarms, fires, or medical emergencies, and contacting authorities (police/fire) when necessary.
• Reporting: Maintaining detailed daily activity reports and documenting any incidents or damages.
• Customer Service: Acting as a professional, visible presence to deter crime while providing respectful assistance to residents and guests.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience as a security guard, preferably in residential or high-end property environments.
• Valid security license or certifications as required by local regulations.
• Excellent surveillance, communication, and conflict-de-escalation skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and patrol the premises
