Role Purpose:

An AC Technician in the UAE installs, maintains, and repairs air conditioning systems in homes, offices, and buildings. The job is important to keep places cool and comfortable, especially in the hot weather. The technician checks for problems, fixes them, and makes sure the AC systems work safely and efficiently. This helps people stay comfortable and saves energy.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Maintaining HVAC components. 

Supervising other technicians to maintain HVAC equipment and performing prompt repairs as needed.

Monitoring system functions by regularly measuring temperatures and air quality and developing a schedule for use during times of activity and non-operation on the property. 

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Good knowledge of HVAC systems (FAHU, AHU, FCU, split AC, Ducted Split & Package Unit).

Min 2 years of troubleshooting & maintenance of AC

2+ years of GCC experience or 5 years of experience in HVAC systems in FM Industry or maintenance.
ITI Certified preferred
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
