Role Purpose:

The Multi Skilled Technician (Civil) is responsible for carrying out civil maintenance and minor repair works within the facility. The role ensures that building structures, finishes, and related civil components are maintained in good condition through preventive and corrective maintenance, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Perform civil maintenance works such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting touch-ups, and minor carpentry.
• Carry out repairs of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and building fixtures.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for civil-related issues within the facility.
• Identify and repair cracks, leakages, damaged tiles, and other structural defects.
• Assist in basic plumbing or carpentry tasks when required as part of multi-skilled support.
• Inspect assigned areas and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or structural concerns.
• Use appropriate tools, materials, and equipment for civil repair works.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records of completed work and report material requirements.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil maintenance, preferably in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of masonry, tiling, plastering, and basic carpentry works.
• Familiarity with building maintenance practices and repair techniques.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in maintenance work.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot civil maintenance issues.
