Role Purpose:

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of doors, cabinets, partitions, wooden fixtures, and furniture.
• Carry out carpentry works such as cutting, shaping, assembling, and fitting wooden materials.
• Conduct routine inspections of carpentry items and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair or replace damaged wooden structures, fittings, and fixtures.
• Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and measurements to complete carpentry tasks accurately.
• Use and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during work activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams for maintenance tasks.
• Guide and support junior carpenters or helpers when required.
• Report material requirements, damages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in carpentry work, preferably in facilities management or construction.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of furniture and wooden structures.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
