Role Purpose:

The Helper supports daily facility operations by assisting staff with basic cleaning, material handling, and simple maintenance tasks. The purpose of the role is to help keep the facility clean, safe, and running smoothly through general support to the FM team.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

 


  • Assist      technicians and housekeeping staff in daily activities.
  • Perform      basic cleaning, shifting, and support tasks.
  • Carry      tools/materials and help in minor maintenance work.
  • Dispose      of waste and keep work areas clean.
  • Follow      safety instructions and report issues to supervisors.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

 

Basic experience in cleaning or facility support work (preferred).

Understanding of simple maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Basic safety awareness and willingness to learn.

Physically fit and able to handle lifting or moving tasks.

Good attitude, teamwork, and punctuality.
