Role Purpose:

Developing professional, works on portion of larger projects or assignments, under guidance of more experienced engineering staff. Is responsible for instructions to & supervision of Foremen with a perspective of supervising the project/assignments.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

 1. Erection; Inspection of framework
2. Involved in inspection & approval from consultant.
3. Attend technical meetings with consultants, contractors etc to resolve design & site issues.
4. Follow-up on NOC applications
5. Snag list – then handover project to client
6. Monitoring Sub Contractor work allotment
7. Calculate Qty of Material – Bar Bending.
8. Prepare Material Requisition
9. Ordering of Material – re-order level.
10. Reconciliation of Material on weekly/monthly basis.
11. Plan to Foreman
12. 14 days look ahead programme  & CVI
13. RFI/CFI being approved by consultant.
14. Productivity: Ensuring daily productivity has been met as per forecast within allowable
15. Timely results
16. Understand, Review & Submission of shop drawings/technical drawings.
17. Track of records executed due to EI’s & passing them to commercial.
18.Recognize and understand target programs and if required modify them.
19.Supervise any NDT on the site.
20.Should be able to write reports and method statements.
21.Organize team meetings and conduct site audits.
22.Quality: Output should be as per required predefined (ISO) quality standards
23.Safety: Ensuring all activities, labor and operatives are following safe working practices.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience
Should be Influencing, Negotiating & Customer Focussed
Expert in Planning, Organizing, Scheduling & Coordinating
Should be good in Decision Making, Problem Solving & Time Management.
Fluent in English – written, Oral & Presentation
