Role Purpose:

 The Manlift Operator is responsible for operating aerial work platforms (AWPs) and manlifts safely and efficiently to perform maintenance, inspection, cleaning, or installation tasks at heights within commercial, residential, and industrial facilities. The role ensures compliance with safety standards and operational procedures, supporting the FM company in delivering high-quality services to clients.

• Operate manlifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial work platforms safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment before use to ensure operational safety.
• Assist technicians and maintenance teams in reaching elevated work areas for repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to UAE occupational safety regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, hazards, or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper storage of manlift equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of work activities, inspections, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with FM teams to facilitate smooth operations during building maintenance or project execution.
• Participate in safety training programs and drills as required.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating manlifts, scissor lifts, or similar aerial work platforms in facilities management, construction, or industrial settings.
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region is advantageous.
• Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols while performing high-elevation tasks.
