Role Purpose:

 Maintaining HVAC components. Supervising other technicians to maintain HVAC equipment and performing prompt repairs as needed. Monitoring system functions by regularly measuring temperatures and air quality and developing a schedule for use during times of activity and non-operation on the property. 

Key Task and Responsibilities:

 Good knowledge of HVAC systems (FAHU, AHU, FCU, split AC, Ducted Split & Package Unit). Min 2 years of troubleshooting & maintenance  of ACs. 2+ years of GCC experience or 5 years of experince in HVAC sytems in FM Industry or maintenance.
ITI Certified preferred
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
