Role Purpose:

 Maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and Electrical System such as: pumps, motors, and compressors for ductable split, package unit, cassette unit, FCU, FAHU & AHU( Electrical Sytem):  MDB SMDB DB Capacitor Bank, Online Troubleshooting for motors & electrical circuit & replace the faulty component.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing Preventative, Corrective & Reactive maintenance

Key Task and Responsibilities:

 Maintenance experience in HVAC, Electricity, Plumbery
2 years of GCC Experience or 5 years of experience in FM Industry or maintenance
ITI Certified preferred
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
