Role Purpose:

The Senior Sales Manager operates as a senior business development leader within the KS commercial structure, reporting directly to the Executive General Manager. The role is responsible for driving commercial growth, managing high-level strategic relationships, and contributing to the successful closure of complex, high-value transactions in elite social and economic environments.
The position requires strong entrepreneurial capability, advanced relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of Arab culture and UAE business dynamics.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute commercial opportunities aligned with strategic directives defined by the Executive General Manager.
Build, manage, and consolidate senior-level relationships with: Local institutional stakeholders
UAE entrepreneurial families
High-net-worth individuals and expatriates
Developers, investors, asset owners, and key decision-makers
Actively manage and expand business across the following sectors: Construction and Real Estate
Luxury, Hospitality, and High-End Services
Wellness, Health, and Premium Lifestyle
Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization in coordination with executive leadership.
Represent the KS brand in institutional, social, and professional high-level environments.
Strategically leverage social networks and digital tools to support commercial positioning and deal flow.
Provide structured, continuous reporting and market intelligence to the Executive General Manager.


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Proven senior-level experience in high-value sales and business development.
Excellent interpersonal, relational, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of Arab culture, etiquette, and UAE social and business dynamics.
High degree of operational autonomy within defined strategic frameworks.
Strong results orientation with a controlled risk appetite.
Entrepreneurial mindset operating effectively within a structured corporate organization.
Solid market knowledge in: Construction and Real Estate
Luxury and High-End Services
Wellness and Health sectors
Established high-level professional and commercial network within the UAE.
