The incumbent will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and helping with communication and follow-ups. The main goal is to help the Line Manager stay organized and focused by managing their time and supporting key tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with care.
Manage the Line Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Head of Operations.
Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, or company activities.
Track deadlines, tasks, and priorities to ensure nothing is missed.
Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Act as a point of contact between the LM and staff or clients.
Minimum 2–3 years in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
Experience supporting senior-level management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
