The Sales Coordinator’s role is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the and sales team through collating and extracting product and customer data and documentation.
Ensure compilation of documentations for prequalification and proposals ensuring that client (requirements are fully met. This involves reviewing the prequalification templates, final proof reading and ensuring quality of the sample before submittal.
Works closely with the Consultant & Specification team in selection of appropriate product catalogue to be
included in the submittal and ensuring overall acceptability of the submittal.
Ensuring alI relevant documentations are attached with the submittal and submittals are submitted timely.
Liaise with the Estimation team on daily basis to check the status of the client enquiries to meet the target submission and dates.
Responds to queries received from customers / contractors.
Follow-up with Sales team on pending actions, inactive protects, inactive Clients. Coordinate with finance team for update on pending payments and handover to sales team as per defined intervals.
Procurement activities; stocks planning, monitoring the supplies and history of purchases, price outsourcing, dealing and negotiating with suppliers locally and internationally, including cost control for budget compliance.
Assist Support & Technical Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Minimum of 5 years‘ experience in document processing / submittals / tendering, etc.
Self-motivated and autonomous working
Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
Data management expertise e.g., use of CRM systems
