Role Purpose:

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.  Attending all company visitors, answering phones and receiving inquiries of visitors /customers and ensuring to communicate to relevant employees.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

Attend to all the incoming calls and operate the switch board efficiently and route calls to specific people as per required.
Prepare and maintain call log report on daily basis.
Attending complains, maintaining track of their complaints and internal follow up/feedback.
Reception Management
Ensure that reception area is always well organized and clean.
Ensure to not leave the reception area unattended and inform colleagues in case of emergency.


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Graduate
5 years plus of overall required experience
Should be Influencing & Customer Focussed
