Role Purpose:

Incumbent will be involved in helping customers showcasing the right jewellery, answering queries, processing required transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance by stocking shelves and arranging displays, aiming to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection, design options, in general showing knowledge on the products & styles.
Handle customer inquiries, offer extra mile on other services any special requests, etc.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the product, styles and trends to be able to recommend and assist clients warmly.
Assist customers inquiry, what the customers are looking for in specific. Gather customer feedback and requests then refer insights to management.
Understand customer needs and preferences.
Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment.
Participate in inventory counts and help manage stock levels.
Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report, Inventory Report,  Customer Enquiry etc.
Liaise with the internal creative team for Sales, Delivery, return, etc.
Task as assigned by the Management

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Min 5 years of relevant experience in Jewellery industry.
Excellent customer service and vendor relationship skills
Good communication skills to communicate with external vendors.
