Role Purpose:

BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining the automated systems within a building, such as HVAC, lighting, and security systems.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring the BMS to control building systems like HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), lighting, and security.
• Ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of building systems through monitoring and adjustments.
• Responding to system alarms and troubleshooting issues related to building systems.
• Monitoring and analyzing system performance data, including energy consumption.
• Maintaining detailed system logs and reports on system performance and maintenance activities.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

3-5 years of experience as a BMS Operator in GCC
