Role Purpose:

Incumbent will be responsible to maintain stock record and to compiles and compute employees time and records. Review timesheets and compute total time worked by employees to master timesheet and close looping with the Payroll Department for their salaries.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Storekeeping – Issue requisition, receive materials, booking GRNs, closing LPOs.
  • Maintaining stock card etc.
  • Accurately record and maintain employee attendance and time records.
  • Preparing daily manpower report & maintaining labor allocation.
  • Calculate and process employee payroll based on recorded time data.
  • Monitor employee schedules and ensure adherence to assigned hours.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on employee time and attendance.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to employee time records.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations regarding employee timekeeping.
  • Train and educate employees on the proper use of timekeeping systems and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits of timekeeping records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Managing the site Petty cash & other administrative support for smooth functioning of department.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Any Graduate/ Bachelor's degree
  • 4 to 7 years of experience
  • Experience in ERP system is essential.
  • Expert in Planning, Organizing, Scheduling & Coordinating
  • Should be good in Problem Solving, Time Management & computer skills.
