Role Purpose:

Incumbent will involve in helping customers find fashion products, answering queries, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance by stocking shelves and arranging displays, aiming to provide excellent service and drive sales.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection, styling options, and fitting assistance in general showing knowledge on the fashion products, materials, styles, and trends from designer.

Handle customer inquiries, offer extra mile on other services such as personal sizes, alterations, upcoming stocks, any special requests, etc.

Maintain a deep knowledge of fashion products, including materials, styles and trends to be able to recommend and assist clients warmly.

Assist customers inquiry - on sizes, measurements, color palette, abaya designs and options based on occasions or what the customers are looking for specifically.

Gather customer feedback and requests then refer insights to management.

Understand customer needs and preferences, guiding them through the fitting and alteration process as necessary - from measurement, timeline, and options.

Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting and stylish store environment.

Participate in inventory counts and help manage stock levels, for both coffee bar and clothing, among other offered products.

Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report, Inventory Report, Wastage Report, Customer Enquiry, Designer Enquiry, etc.

Liaise with Designers for Sales, Delivery, Return, Alterations, etc.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

 Min 2 years of merchandising experience

Excellent customer service and vendor relationship skills

Good communication skills to communicate with external vendors.
