Role Purpose:

Porters perform basic maintenance tasks, assist with deliveries, and support general facility needs, ensuring a safe and clean environment for occupants.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance: This includes tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
• Waste Disposal: Properly disposing of trash and recycling materials.
• Assisting with Deliveries: Delivering supplies, materials, or equipment to various areas within the facility.
• Maintaining Order: Ensuring that common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

• Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
