Role Purpose:

A Buggies Driver in the facilities management industry is responsible for safely operating buggies to transport staff, visitors, tools, and materials within large facilities or sites. The role supports smooth daily operations by ensuring timely movement across the premises while following safety procedures, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and reporting any mechanical issues to ensure efficient facility operations

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Operate buggies safely to transport staff, visitors, equipment, and materials within the facility.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after use and report any faults or damages.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of the buggy.
• Assist passengers as required and provide courteous service.
• Support facility operations by responding promptly to transport requests.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Prior experience operating buggies, light vehicles, or similar transportation within large facilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with facility layouts, designated routes, and safety regulations is required.
• Relevant certification is mandatory, and possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and traffic rules applicable to private premises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and visitors.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions accurately, and manage time efficiently.
