Role Purpose:

A Chiller Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial and commercial chiller systems (such as air-cooled and water-cooled chillers). The role ensures optimal performance of HVAC systems to meet cooling demands in extreme climates. Technicians work with mechanical, electrical, and control systems to prevent downtime, improve energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role is critical in maintaining comfort and operational efficiency in buildings, malls, hospitals, and industrial facilities.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on chiller systems, including checking fluid levels, cleaning components, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctions or failures in chiller systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve problems with chiller systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint issues and implement effective solutions.
• System Checks: Conduct regular inspections and performance checks of chiller systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and within safety guidelines.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Good knowledge of chillar Systems Troubleshooting & maintenance experience.
• 2 years of GCC Experience or 5 years of experience in FM Industry or maintenance
• ITI Certified preferred
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
