Role Purpose:

Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
Manage reservations and coordinate guest services
Provide local information and recommendations
Ensure smooth daily front-of-house operations
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and hotel operations.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle reservations, special requests, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Professional, courteous, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
Familiarity with booking systems and basic computer applications.
