Role Purpose:

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Manage reservations and coordinate guest services
  • Provide local information and recommendations
  • Ensure smooth daily front-of-house operations

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and hotel operations.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle reservations, special requests, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Professional, courteous, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and basic computer applications.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
