Role Purpose:

The AC Foreman oversees daily air conditioning works, ensuring smooth execution of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. The purpose of this role is to manage the team, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure all AC systems operate efficiently and are completed on time as per project requirements.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

An AC Foreman in the UAE is responsible for supervising and coordinating air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair work at sites. They manage technicians, ensure work is done safely and according to plans and standards, check materials and tools, and report progress to the site engineer or project manager. The foreman also troubleshoots technical issues, maintains quality control, and ensures timely project completion

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, including UAE site experience.
• Strong knowledge of AC systems, ducting, refrigeration, and electrical connections.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and site regulations.
