Role Purpose:

Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding of candidates. The role involves coordination with hiring managers, agencies, and candidates to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
  • Post job advertisements on company portals, job boards, and social media.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and ensure quality candidate submissions.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, assessments, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain candidate records in the recruitment database/CAFM/ATS system.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities with HR operations.
  • Support bulk recruitment drives (local and overseas) for operatives and staff.
  • Monitor the hiring process and gather all required documents for pre-onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal recruitment policies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports/Trackers for management.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources in Recruitment & Coordination support within FM industry is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
