Role Purpose:
					
						Manakeesh preparation: Prepare dough, prepare mixes, and bake manakeesh, pizza and fatayer efficiently and consistently.Oven operation: Safely operate and maintain the oven for baking manakeesh and other baked goods, handle rush hours, and make sure the orders are dispatched on time.Food safety and hygiene: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, keeping the kitchen clean and organized.Quality control: Ensure that ingredients are fresh and that the final product meets quality standards.Other kitchen duties: Include assisting in the preparation of traditional Arabic dishes, supporting overall kitchen operations, and managing inventory to ensure all ingredients are stocked and ready for service.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
						- Cuisine-specific experience: Minimum of two years of experience in Arabic or Lebanese cuisine, with a strong knowledge of preparing manakeesh.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in dough preparation, baking, and operating ovens.
- Soft skills: Ability to work under pressure, be punctual and disciplined, and follow instructions from management.
- Physical requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Hygiene and safety: A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and proper food handling techniques.
