Role Purpose:

The plumber is responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, including pipework, pumps, and fittings, to ensure smooth and efficient operation with minimal disruption. This role involves detecting leaks, performing installations, and carrying out both preventative and corrective maintenance, either independently or as part of a team

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Perform preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on plumbing pipework, equipment, and systems.

Maintain and repair integral and standalone pumps either independently or as part of a technical team.

Conduct water leakage detection and carry out timely repairs to prevent operational disruption.

Install plumbing fittings such as washbasins, mixers, valves, and other related components.

Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out with minimal disruption to ongoing operations within the designated area.

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system issues promptly to maintain system functionality.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Proven experience in performing comprehensive plumbing maintenance tasks.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the GCC region, or 5 years of experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry or general maintenance.

ITI certification is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
