Role Purpose:

To supervise, coordinate, and oversee all civil maintenance and repair works within assigned facilities, ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety and company standards. The Civil Foreman will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with other discipline supervisors to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead civil maintenance teams in daily site activities including masonry, painting, plastering, tiling, carpentry, and concrete repair works.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor work schedules ensuring timely completion as per client requirements and company standards.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for material requisition, manpower, and workflow management.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols.
• Review and ensure proper use of materials and tools; report shortages or damages.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the Project Engineer/Site Manager.
• Ensure quality control on all civil works and repairs to maintain operational excellence.
• Support in the estimation of materials, time, and manpower requirements for new projects or maintenance tasks.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and ensure continuous improvement in team skills and productivity

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in civil maintenance, preferably in the Facility Management industry.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, tools, and equipment used in civil maintenance and construction.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and FM operational practices preferred.
• Proven experience in handling civil teams and coordinating with multiple departments
• Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Awareness of HSE regulations and procedures.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Technical knowledge of civil works and finishing activities.
