Role Purpose:

The job holder will be primarily responsible for coordinating & assisting Tradesman/workers for carrying out periodic site/maintenance work progress in all day-to-day activities, ensuring all technical works in accordance with specification and the project management manual. First line manager of staff from all disciplines employed on contracts

  • Client and Stakeholder Communication

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Facilities Management or related fields.
  • Knowledge of FM processes, procurement, and basic project coordination.
  • Familiar with CAFM systems and document management tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
