Role Purpose:

• An Office Boy is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, as well as providing basic support services to staff.
• They handle various tasks such as photocopying, filing, delivering documents, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Keep the office and common areas tidy, including dusting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment like coffee machines.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies like paper, pens, and other essentials.
• Make photocopies, scan documents, organize files, and deliver messages/documents within the office.
• Prepare and serve refreshments to staff and guests.
• Perform tasks like delivering mail, picking up supplies, and other odd jobs as needed.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and manage different tasks efficiently.
• Interact professionally with staff and visitors.
• Prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience as an Office Boy.
