Role Purpose:

To identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the Facility Management (FM) sector, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on generating leads, preparing proposals, and supporting the company’s growth strategy through client acquisition and retention.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FM services (hard & soft services, integrated FM).
• Conduct market research to identify client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Assist in preparing bids and coordinating with the estimating and operations teams.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote company services.
• Support the Business Development Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure CRM system is updated with accurate sales pipeline and client interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of company services, pricing structures, and delivery capabilities.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to client inquiries.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of FM industry services (cleaning, MEP, security, soft & hard services).
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Good understanding of sales cycles, tendering, and bidding processes.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in FM or related industry.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• UAE driving license (preferred/mandatory depending on company policy).
