Role Purpose:

Setting out the project at the early stage, Study drawing in detail, maintain records & level survey.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Preliminary Survey, Topographic survey includes existing details & OGL, Group Survey.
Study drawings in detail.
Coordinate with the consultant representatives
Keeping final record sheets
Setting out and leveling work at site.
Distribute setting out details to co workers
Fixing benchmark & shifting levels
Preparing joint survey As Built with sub-contractor & consultant surveyors.
Ensure safety
Road marking and accurate setting 
Checking of instruments and sending for calibration
Checking instruments accuracy are made at regular intervals and records are maintained in instrument check log.
Raise RFI’s concerning discrepancies on the drawings relating to dimensions.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Diploma / Degree.
2 + years of experience.
Knowledge to use surveying equipment like Total Station/Thedolite/Leveling/GPS machine.
