Role Purpose:

To analyse the scope of a proposed HVAC projects for AC supply (DX, VRF, AHU & FAHU) in enquiry stage and accordingly prepare the techno commercial offer by doing proper equipment selection manually or through the software along with costing based on the given price list by management. for Sales Head and Management review and onward submission to clients.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

To work hand in hand with the sales team and estimation manager to ensure submissions of quotations as per KPI’s set
Checks the AC load schedule, drawings and make the selection and accordingly preparing estimation sheet (manual or in the CRM software as required), BOQ and quotation for clients
To able to do precise selection of DX, VRF & FAHU, AHU and accordingly prepare the techno-commercial offer under the set price framework.
To maintain / update a price list of Equipment time to time as given by the management
Prepares the estimation sheet and other documents for further approvals.
Prepare job-setup and handing over form for awarded project(s)
Prepare a budget sheet for project(s) awarded
Replying to consultant comments in the form of compliance statement and preparation of material submittals.


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, in HVAC equipment field ideally from a distributor.
Knowledge of VRF and DX System
Self-motivated and autonomous working
Proficient in Microsoft excel. Excellent math skills are essential for this job
Time management skills to work within tight deadlines and finish projects on time
Good Communication skills to communicate with internal and external parties
Abilities to understand the technical documentation
Analytical thinking to analyse the key inputs into estimation task
Multi-tasking may work on many different projects at once
Being a team player is essential requirement
