Role Purpose:

A Store Helper in a duct manufacturing industry assists with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and retrieving ductwork materials and supplies. They may also assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and general maintenance of the storage area. 

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Storing: Unload and store incoming ductwork materials, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment.
• General Maintenance: Keep the storage area clean, organized, and safe by following safety procedures and maintaining equipment.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and locating products when necessary. 

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift and move ductwork materials. 
• Organizational Skills: Ability to keep the storage area neat and efficient. 
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment. 
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other warehouse staff and support customer service when needed. 
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and efficiently with supervisors and customers.
