Role Purpose:

Accountable to grow sales revenue for KINDs product and solutions across the selected key accounts. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants for KIND to become the preferred choice in HVAC industry for Dubai and the North Emirates.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for revenue targets and achieving business objectives for the assigned territory.
  • Sales lead generation (Generating leads, engaging directly with customers, and completing the business deals) and expanding existing sales.
  • Promote product and solutions to industry experts as developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors/Retrofit Contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.
  • Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities and forecast Stay appraised and report on market developments (Report on sales progress and advise/alert if any problems may arise)
  • Support debtor collections

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role of technical capital sales solutions into the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of the retrofit is must
  • Self-motivated and autonomous working
  • Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
  • Decisiveness when dealing with complexity and conflicting demands
  • Tact, diplomacy and calmness when working under pressure
  • Collaborative, creative and networking approach to reach business objectives
  • Clear and influential communicator
  • Data management expertise e.g., use of CRM systems
  • Should be technically adept to support customers on queries & selection
  • Good communication skills in English. Arabic would be preferred

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • Degree in engineering Mechanical is must
  • Professional sales training e.g. SPIN and Strategic Selling
