Role Purpose:

To manage, maintain, and support the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system, ensuring accurate data input, system integrity, and effective use by operations teams. The role supports operational efficiency through reporting, asset tracking, and job management.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Configure, update, and maintain CAFM systems (e.g., Archibus, Maximo, Planon, or Concept Evolution).
  • Ensure all asset data, PPM schedules, and reactive maintenance tasks are accurately entered and maintained.
  • Support FM operations by generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work orders, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Train users on CAFM functionalities and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Liaise with vendors and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement updates.
  • Ensure data compliance and integration with other systems (BMS, ERP, HRMS, etc.).
  • Participate in audits and ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with contractual obligations.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in CAFM system administration within the FM industry.
  • Proficiency in at least one CAFM platform and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
