Role Purpose:

The Landscaping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing landscaping and grounds maintenance activities to ensure the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality. This role involves supervising landscaping teams, ensuring proper execution of landscaping projects, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping and maintenance activities.
• Assign tasks and oversee the performance of landscaping crews.
• Ensure proper care, planting, pruning, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, lawns, and flowers.
• Monitor irrigation systems and oversee necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to landscaping plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and guide landscaping staff on proper horticultural practices and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for the acquisition of plants, fertilizers, tools, and other necessary materials.
• Prepare reports on landscaping activities, staff performance, and maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to landscaping-related service requests and client inquiries.
• Implement sustainable and cost-effective landscaping practices.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in landscaping supervision, preferably in the Facilities Management industry.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing daily operations.
