Role Purpose:

Accountable to achieve assigned sales targets for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Direct Expansion (DX) systems. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants in Abu Dhabi.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

Accountable for revenue targets and achieving business objectives for assigned territory.

Sales lead generation (Generate leads and engage directly with customers and complete the business deals) and expanding existing sales.

Promote VRF and DX systems to industry experts, developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors.

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.

Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities and forecast Stay appraised and report on market developments (Report on sales progress and advise/alert if any problems may arise)

Support debtor collections.


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, in HVAC equipment field ideally from a distributor.
Knowledge of VRF and DX System
Self-motivated and autonomous working
Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
Decisiveness when dealing with complexity and conflicting demands
Tact, diplomacy and calmness when working under pressure
Collaborative, creative and networking approach to reach business objectives
Clear and influential communicator
Data management expertise e.g., use of CRM systems
Should be technically adept to support customers on queries & selection.
Good communication skills in English. Arabic would be preferred.
