Role Purpose:

Manage the complete pre-sales team activity and process and ensure that the defined strategy for all the business stakeholders is followed and executed.


Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Provide presales expertise and support to the sales team, design, operation and manufacturing and customers during the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales and specification teams to develop and recommend sales tools and services to meet customers' requirements and liaise with engineering and consultants to outline potential IAQ solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the organisation's and competitors' products, services, current networking.
• Ensure registration in vendor list and acquire needed product approvals with government, public sector and different clients’ segments.
• Manage business relationship with different customers and ensure establishing a strong network with all business stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team members and ensure that the team achieve their goals and targets.
• Ensures timely renewal of all certifications/ registrations & Works with major consultants to gain approvals for submittals.
• Set up and manage SPIRALITE academy and all its activities in coordination with the support from sales, design, operation and manufacturing team.
• In coordination with design and operation team create tools and needed material to support the sales team and consulting sales team activities.


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in a business or engineering related subject
• Minimum 15 years of managing techno commercial consulting sales and specification activity in construction/building material/HVAC industry
• Knowledge of Consulting Sales process and dealing with government and regulatory bodies.  
• Self-motivated and autonomous working
• Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
• Decisiveness when dealing with complexity and conflicting demands
• Tact, diplomacy and calmness when working under pressure
• Collaborative, creative and networking approach to reach business objectives
• Clear and influential communicator
• Data management expertise e.g., use of CRM systems
• Knowledge of HVAC market is preferred
• Fluent in English both in speech and writing. Speaking Arabic is preferred.
