The Kitchen Stewarding is responsible to properly clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pans and pots, and for the smooth flow of the dishwashing machine.
Upkeep of kitchen equipment: Ensures kitchen equipments are kept clean as per the defined cleaning schedules.
Stock Counting & Storage: Assists in stock-taking, counting and storage as per the Production Checklist.
Participate in Daily Briefing: Attend all briefings and mandated trainings and is open to on the job learning regarding various production processes.
Operating Knowledge on Tools and Equipment: Knowledge and application on optimal usage of tools work related gadgets and tools used in production such as knives, frier, oven, slicer, blender, and turn -table.
Teamwork: Works in collaboration with other team members/colleagues.
Workplace Hygiene and Safety: Keeps utensils and work areas clean at the end of the work shift and ready for the next shift.
Basic command of English language

Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines

Excellent level of physical fitness due to all-day standing and transportation of up to 23 kilos
