Role Purpose:

Developing professional, works on portion of larger projects or assignments, under guidance of more experienced engineering staff. Is responsible for instructions to & supervision of Foremen with a perspective of supervising the project/assignments and execution to the required quality within time & budget.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Erection; Inspection of framework.
Involved in inspection & approval from consultant.
Attend technical meetings with consultants, contractors etc to resolve design & site issues.
Interface with specialist SCs' site activities.
Follow-up on NOC applications
Snag list – then handover project to the client
Monitoring Sub Contractor work allotment.
Calculate Qty of Material – Bar Bending.
Prepare Material Requisition
Ordering of Material, re-order level.
Reconciliation of Material on weekly/monthly basis.
Sharing regular plan to Foreman
14 days look ahead program + INR & CVI
RFI/CFI being approved by consultant.
Productivity: Ensuring daily productivity has been met as per forecast within allowable & Timely results
Understand, Review & Submission of shop drawings/technical drawings.
Track of records executed due to EI’s & passing them to commercial.
Recognize and understand target programs and if required modify them.
Supervise any NDT on the site.
Should be able to write reports and method statements.
Quality: Output should be as per required predefined (ISO) quality standards
Safety: Ensuring all activities, labor and operatives are following safe working practices.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor's degree
5 to 7 years of experience. Experience in Villa Finishes is essential.
Should be Influencing, Negotiating & Customer Focussed
Expert in Planning, Organizing, Scheduling & Coordinating
Should be good in Decision Making, Problem Solving & Time Management.
Fluent in English – written, Oral & Presentation.
