Role Purpose:

To draft technical drawings for different structures, using client notes and rough sketches to create designs. Ensuring final designs are compliant to local regulations.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Production of drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.

Providing information and or assistance to site personnel

Providing area calculations to assist QS Dept

Maintaining accurate records of time spent

Checking all drawings prior to handover for accuracy, compliance, and presentation.

Meeting site design coordinator if required

Logical filing of data

Backing up work to server on a regular basis

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum 5 to 7 Years of similar experience
Experience in Villa finishes is essential.
Experience in BIM modelling is added advantage.
Autocad Certification
