Role Purpose:
Accountable to achieve assigned sales targets for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Direct Expansion (DX) systems. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants in Abu Dhabi.
Key Task and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for revenue targets and achieving business objectives for assigned territory.
- Sales lead generation (Generate leads and engage directly with customers and complete the business deals) and expanding existing sales.
- Promote VRF and DX systems to industry experts, developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.
- Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities and forecast Stay appraised and report on market developments (Report on sales progress and advise/alert if any problems may arise)
- Support debtor collections
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, in HVAC equipment field ideally from a distributor.
- Knowledge of VRF and DX System
- Self-motivated and autonomous working
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
- Decisiveness when dealing with complexity and conflicting demands
- Tact, diplomacy and calmness when working under pressure
- Collaborative, creative and networking approach to reach business objectives
- Clear and influential communicator
- Data management expertise e.g., use of CRM systems
- Should be technically adept to support customers on queries & selection
- Good communication skills in English. Arabic would be preferred
